Karen owned and ran a successful full service Scuba Diving Business for 10
years before selling it as a going concern three years ago. This involved
her in all aspects of small company management – but of particular relevance
to her current role, she developed and operated cylinder and equipment
testing regimes to British and European standards. These worked effectively
throughout her stewardship of the business resulting in consistent customer
satisfaction and repeated first-time passing of statutory inspections.
Previously she had worked in Marketing and market research management, in
industry and within University education establishments.
