Process Analysis

When analysing each process, we first establish the inputs, outputs and controls upon it. We then establish some metrics such as volumes, frequencies, process times and elapsed times. We look for existing measures of process performance and gather available data.

We use tools such as process walk-throughs, day-in-the-life diagrams and value adding analysis to fully identify the key issues and scope for improvement within a process.
