The Change Facilitator


An intensive eight day course consisting of three blocks over a six week period. Delegates will learn, and practise, how to facilitate workshops, meetings and improvement teams. Each attendee will be able to use the tools and techniques of business improvement, and understand the personal skills necessary to influence, and achieve, change.

Delegates will return from the course with the potential to become a ‘champion’ for change within the organisation.

 

Inspirational Leadership

 

Managers, directors and potential leaders in an organisation will benefit from this inspiring programme. Delegates will need to be willing to try different approaches and be open about their own strengths and weaknesses.

 

The course is delivered in two blocks totalling 5 days with integrated, individual coaching. Prior to Block 1 there is a pre-course briefing and goal setting meeting. Delegates will be expected to complete a 360º leadership assessment and a behavioural style analysis. Between Blocks 1 and 2 the tutors will conduct three coaching sessions, while delegates work on developing their leadership behaviour. Finally, there will be a follow-up coaching session four weeks later.

 

The Manager's Toolkit

 

A four-day course for new managers on a wide range of essential management skills. Clients have also found this course useful for experienced managers wishing to brush up on their knowledge. This in-company course consists of 16 separate modules, chosen by the client.

 

Learning is enhanced by one-to-one coaching sessions before, during and after the course. These help delegates to transfer new skills directly into their working environment, dealing with their own issues.


The course can be either four 1-day sessions or two 2day sessions and can cater for up to 12 delegates.

 

Strategic Planning


To achieve a ‘vision’, businesses must have a clear strategy. This two-day course will give anyone involved in the planning process a robust and proven framework for strategic planning.

 

During the six half-day sessions, delegates will have the chance to work on their own plans for their business, department or unit. This workshop programme is highly recommended for full teams wanting to develop an agreed strategy, or way forward.

 

Team Leader Course


A foundation course for first time Managers and Team Leaders covering the basic skills required to manage people, projects and day-to-day support of a ‘work team’.

 

The course consists of four 1-day sessions covering Team Leadership, Team Dynamics, Managing Processes and Continuous Improvement. Practical assignments are set between each 1-day module.
