Pat Coulter

Pat has extensive experience of central and local government, health and organisations working with the public sector both as a civil servant, local government officer and a management consultant, and in running private sector companies. This has included working as a corporate and strategic planner in local government. He has worked at all levels of the public sector and understands both resistance to change and how to overcome this, and has good programme and project management skills.

Pat has a track record in cross-organisational working including inter-agency involvement and collaborative, partnering, new working arrangements including using technology to deliver business objectives. He has helped organisations and individuals to deliver and improve services and partnerships, coherent strategies, plans and ways of working. Key achievements are establishing new organisations, ways of working and solutions, joint-planning and joint-working across a wide-range of services and professions. He has a total commitment to helping organisations and individuals meet the needs of their customers and respond to new initiatives and challenges.
