In our experience any service can benefit from an impartial experienced view of what issues exist and what the potential solutions are. Our fast and focussed health checks are devised specifically for the issue at hand, and can cover process, performance and system issues, whilst reviewing both internal and contracted services. Health checks are conducted on your site and involve a mixture of desk research, discussions with selected management and staff and a "process walk through". The agenda for health checks evolve depending on what is found, and in consultation with you, and reported back during our time with you. At the end of the health check period we come back to present our report to you and members of your team, there is no charge for this.
If your requirement is more specific we are able to carry out health checks in a range of standalone areas, including document management and processing systems.
